What is the appointment cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of your booked appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked appointment fee. Any outstanding balances must be cleared before any future bookings can be made. We understand emergencies happen, if you need to cancel within 48 hours due to a genuine reason, please contact the concierge team directly – these situations are reviewed at the clinic’s discretion.
